About the SAG-AFTRA Strike
After weeks of failed negotiations between SAG-AFTRA and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP), actors and other SAG-AFTRA members are striking for better pay (including residuals), working conditions, and contract provisions that protect them against the use of artificial intelligence.
It is unknown when the strike will end, so it may affect the entertainment industry for months to come.
