The superhero universe is gearing up for another thrilling aquatic adventure with the much-anticipated release of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom on December 22, 2023.

Aquaman 2 Plot Details
In the first film, Aquaman confronts pirates, leading to a vendetta by their leader’s son, David Kane, who becomes Black Manta. After a storyline that sees Arthur Curry take his rightful place as the King of Atlantis, the film ends with Black Manta vowing revenge on Arthur, setting the stage for the sequel.
In Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Black Manta seeks vengeance for his father’s death. With a mythical weapon called the Black Trident, Black Manta poses a serious threat. Aquaman, balancing his roles as a king and a new father, must form an unlikely alliance with his imprisoned half-brother Orm to stop Black Manta’s destructive plans. Mera, now the queen and mother to Arthur’s son, also plays a significant role.
