Des danseurs tous habités par le même rêve de vivre de leur passion s’affrontent dans une compétition de grande envergure. Parmi eux, Marco, un danseur de hip-hop qui gagne sa vie en donnant des cours de danse dans l'école de son père. Lorsque l'école menace de fermer, c'est toute la vie de Marco qui risque de s'effondrer. Participer à FLOW devient une opportunité en or pour lui de sauver l'école en plus d'atteindre son rêve. Ratant de peu son audition, il obtient une deuxième chance en s'alliant avec Rémi, un célèbre danseur contemporain. Le duo affrontera plusieurs danseurs de grand talent dont la plus grande rivale de Marco, son ex, Kiki, dont il est encore éperdument amoureux. Entre les répétitions intenses avec Rémi, la relation houleuse avec Kiki, les multiples étapes de la compétition et de nombreux obstacles qui se dressent sur son chemin, Marco devra rester concentré sur son objectif : remporter la victoire.
